Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 September 2026
1. Agreement
By subscribing to or using Apollo Group TV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not subscribe. These terms apply to the website, the applications and any credentials issued to you.
2. What the service is
Apollo Group TV is a streaming software and media-service provider. We supply applications, an electronic programme guide, a player and a delivery layer. We do not host, store or transmit copyrighted media on our own servers, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any broadcaster, studio or network.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe. Broadcast and licensing law varies by country and you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the regulations that apply where you are.
4. Your account
Credentials are issued to one subscriber and permit up to five simultaneous streams. You are responsible for keeping them private. Reselling credentials, publishing them, or using them to run a commercial redistribution operation terminates the subscription without refund.
We may suspend an account showing access patterns consistent with large-scale sharing — dozens of distinct IP addresses across multiple countries within a short window, for example. Ordinary household and travel use never triggers this.
5. Payment and renewal
All plans are one-time payments for a fixed term. Nothing auto-renews and we do not store card details. You receive a reminder 7 days before expiry and again on the day. If you take no action, access simply ends at the end of the term.
6. Refunds
A 30-day money-back guarantee applies from activation, with no reason required. Beyond that window, refunds are issued for service-side failures. The full terms are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of this agreement.
7. Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Channel lineups change as broadcast carriers change their arrangements; individual channels may be added or removed during your term. We replace lost channels where we can, and refund pro rata where a channel you specifically subscribed for is permanently gone and cannot be replaced.
8. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer the applications, circumvent the concurrent-stream limit, rebroadcast streams publicly, or use the service to infringe anyone's rights. Doing so terminates access immediately and without refund.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Trademarks
All channel names, network logos and marks shown on this website are the property of their respective owners and are reproduced for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Material changes are announced by email to active subscribers and the date at the top of this page is updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
