Honest pricing
One price, everything included. No sports package, no premium movie tier, no equipment rental and no charge that appears in month three.
Apollo Group TV started because the existing options were either expensive and rigid, or cheap and barely functional. We wanted the third thing — and nobody was building it.
We operate a streaming software and media-service platform: the apps, the player, the electronic programme guide, the restream layer that keeps channels alive when an upstream source dies, and the support team behind all of it.
What we don't do is pretend that a cheap IPTV app and a serious product are the same thing. The difference is in the invisible work — a guide that loads in two seconds instead of thirty, a failover that takes 600 milliseconds instead of half a minute, a channel list that scrolls smoothly at 55,000 entries.
One price, everything included. No sports package, no premium movie tier, no equipment rental and no charge that appears in month three.
Nothing auto-renews. We don't store your card. The cancel path is an email, not a phone tree designed to wear you down.
Chat, ticket and email, staffed around the clock. Setup help included — if you'd rather someone walk you through the install, ask.
If a channel isn't in the lineup, we say so before you pay. If your only device is a Roku, we tell you it's a compromise. We'd rather lose a sale than earn a refund.
Apollo Group TV is widely cloned. Only ever buy through a domain listed below, and never send payment to anyone contacting you on social media claiming to be a reseller.
