Samsung (Tizen)
Install an IPTV player from the Samsung store, then paste your M3U URL. Works on every Tizen model from 2017 onward.
Samsung, LG, iOS and iPadOS use a store player plus your M3U credentials rather than our own app — Apple and the TV makers don't allow generic IPTV apps in their stores.

Same approach through the LG Content Store. webOS 4.0 and newer are supported.
A free player from the App Store plus your credentials. Supports picture-in-picture, AirPlay and Chromecast.
Samsung: press Home and choose Apps. LG: press Home and open the LG Content Store.
Search for a player that accepts M3U playlists or Xtream Codes logins. Support will tell you which one is currently working best on your exact model and firmware — the shortlist changes as stores add and remove apps.
Choose the Xtream Codes or M3U option and enter the server URL, username and password from your welcome email. Avoid typing the M3U URL by hand on a TV remote — use the app's pairing code where it offers one.
The EPG downloads in the background over the first few minutes. Set your favourites while it fills in.
Search for an IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes logins. It's a free download — ask support for the current recommendation if you want the one we test against.
Choose Add user → Xtream Codes API, then enter any name you like plus the server URL, username and password from your welcome email.
Enable PiP in the player's settings. It lets you keep a game in a corner while you use the phone for something else.
AirPlay to an Apple TV or Chromecast to a Google TV directly from the player. Quality follows your home network, not the phone.
Apple TV: Apple doesn't allow generic IPTV apps on tvOS, so Apple TV uses a TestFlight build instead. Message support and they'll send you the invite link — it takes about eight minutes end to end.
Roku blocks sideloading entirely, so the route is screen mirroring from an Android phone or AirPlay from an iPhone. It works, but it's the weakest experience of any platform we support — if Roku is your only device, tell support before you subscribe.
Portal-based. Send support the MAC address printed on the underside of the box and you'll get a portal URL back. Enter it under Settings → Servers → Portals and reboot.
Upload the bouquet file support sends you through the web interface, or paste the M3U URL into your preferred plugin.
Open VLC (or any M3U-capable player), choose Open Network Stream and paste the M3U URL from your email. Two minutes, no install beyond VLC itself.
Tell support the make, model and year of your TV before you subscribe. You'll get a straight answer on which player to use — or an honest "that one won't work well" if it won't.
