Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
1. Who we are
Apollo Group TV operates the website at apollogrouptvs.stream and the associated streaming applications. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.
2. What we collect
Account data. The email address you subscribe with, the plan you purchased and the date it activates and expires. We need this to deliver credentials, send renewal reminders and handle refunds.
Payment data. We do not collect, process or store card numbers. Card payments are handled entirely by a licensed third-party payment processor; we receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference number. Crypto payments involve no personal data beyond the transaction itself.
Technical data. Server logs record IP address, device type, app version and connection timestamps. These exist to enforce the concurrent-stream limit, detect credential sharing at scale and diagnose playback faults.
Support correspondence. Messages you send to support, kept so that a later conversation has the context of the earlier one.
3. What we do not collect
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, and we do not track your viewing history for marketing purposes. We do not require a real name, a postal address or a phone number to subscribe.
4. Legal basis and purpose
We process account and technical data to perform the contract you entered into when subscribing, and to protect the service against abuse — a legitimate interest, balanced against your privacy by keeping the data minimal and the retention short.
5. Retention
Connection logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted. Account records are kept for the life of the subscription plus 12 months, so that renewals, refund windows and chargeback disputes can be resolved. Support correspondence is kept for 24 months.
6. Sharing
We share data only with the payment processor that handles your transaction, and with hosting and email providers acting strictly on our instructions. We disclose data to authorities only where a valid, binding legal order requires it.
7. Cookies
This website uses only functional storage — remembering that you dismissed a banner, for example. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers on this site.
8. Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Deleting account data ends the subscription, since we can no longer identify it. Email zmaxsupport@gmail.com from the address on the account and we respond within 30 days.
9. Security
All traffic to this site and to the applications is encrypted in transit. Credentials are stored hashed. Access to account data within our team is limited to support staff who need it to do their job.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes and active subscribers are notified by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
