1. Our position

Apollo Group TV is a streaming software and media-service provider. We do not host, store, upload or transmit copyrighted media files on servers under our control, and we are not affiliated with any broadcaster, studio or network. The applications we publish are players and guides; the media they render originates upstream.

2. We respond to valid notices

We respect intellectual property rights and act on properly formed notices from rights holders or their authorised agents. Where a notice identifies material accessible through our service, we remove or disable access to it and, where the source is identifiable, pass the notice upstream.

3. Submitting a notice

Send notices to zmaxsupport@gmail.com. To be actionable, a notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or a person authorised to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a channel name or stream identifier, not a general description
• Your contact details: name, address, telephone number and email address
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder

Incomplete notices cannot be acted upon. We will tell you what is missing rather than ignoring the submission.

4. Counter-notices

If material was removed in error, a counter-notice may be sent to the same address, including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that its removal was the result of mistake or misidentification.

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts found to be repeatedly associated with infringing activity are terminated without refund.

6. Trademarks

Channel names and network logos displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners and are reproduced solely for identification. If you are a mark holder and would prefer your logo not appear here, email the address above and we will remove it.

7. Misrepresentation

Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, carries liability for damages under applicable law. We keep a record of every notice received.
